​Saint Gregory the Great
​As a Trustee for Saint Gregory the Great Parish, Tony Lucera co-chaired the fund raising committee, coordinated the design and is overseeing the construction of the new parish hall and offices. The project is a one million, three hundred thousand dollar endeavor and has recently been completed.. 










​Emporium Plaza                                        Home of Food Emporium and other retail stores located in Brookfield Center. The project includes 40 rental apartment units and a freestanding drive thru coffee shop. Construction is underway with a 2024 completion

​Emporium South
Planned as a continuation of Emporium Plaza 701 Federal Road consists of 12,000 retail space and 28 apartments. Approved by the Wetlands and Zoning commissions, The WPCA approval for the sewer is pending.
